Add a download metrics button in the stats tab in dashboard.

Description
Download raw metrics from influx as csv - so the user can slice and dice in whatever form and share.
And we can add more and more dimensions in the metrics as the needs arises.
some column headings would have all columns in influx table for the particular run id.

v[0.0.7]: As of now download button is getting added but when I tried download the Request & Response metrics getting below error.
