Description

I am adding new button for "add test suite" in the tree header itself - so that the guy need not search around for the button on the RHS which happens with some of our new users today.

In addition to this new button, please provide "Add Test Suite" option in Application Context Menu and RHS Page - like the current standards in our core product.

I have added an API to add Test Suite. Use the design suggested by Rajesh.

API: doppelioDataAPI/api/DataApp/{ApplicationName}/ts (POST)

A default test case will be added as in App Application. Here name can be anything.
